In the event of a dispute, we would like to inform you that consumers may exercise their right to have recourse to an official, third-party organisation that is impartial to the process. All the information you need to exercise your right to alternative dispute resolution is provided.

Guarantees and Repairs Policy

Under the right of free resolution, in accordance with legislation, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

We guarantee that any item purchased in our shop fulfils all aspects relevant to quality, description and performance suitable for its intended purpose.

Our products enjoy a legal guarantee, provided that the purchaser is a consumer within the meaning of the law.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by use other than that for which the product was designed, improper or negligent use, external causes or natural wear and tear of the product.

When purchasing one of our items online, the purchaser may exercise the right to return the item within 14 days of the date of delivery by giving prior written notice.

The return request must be made using a form and with prior contact, and it is not possible for the return to take place at any time without validation.

The purchaser is only liable for the depreciation of the items resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

The purchaser must take into account the fact that the items must be presented in their original condition, delivery of the complete item, in perfect condition, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual, original packaging and without signs of misuse and accompanied by the original invoice.

In the case of repair components, Screens, LCD, Display, Touch Screen, they will only be eligible for the returns policy if they originally had protective films and tamper-evident security seals.

Components and accessories purchased in isolation must be tested by the purchaser to ensure that they work properly.

Items must be tested before they are installed in the equipment. It is also mandatory that the protective films, security seals and other characteristics are maintained in the test mode, otherwise the items will not be accepted for return.

In the event of repairs that require the replacement of components, these services must be provided by specialised labour, and TELEBIT will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of the purchaser's assembly error.

In the event of a return, the purchaser may exchange the item for another with the same characteristics, subject to the respective stock or for another item of the same value.

For items that have been found to be defective upon delivery, the purchaser may opt for a refund of the value of the product.

The refund can be made by bank transfer.

In the case of payment by credit card, ATM reference, bank transfer, MBway or PayPal, the refund will be made by the same means of payment, where possible, or alternatively by bank transfer.

The purchaser bears the costs of sending the item back, regardless of its nature.

The return does not imply reimbursement to the purchaser of any postage previously charged for delivery of the item.

The refund of the price of the item will be withheld as long as the returned item has not been received.
